Race 4 Chase

Just weeks before his devastating injury Chase was cutting up with friends before the Tallassee High School Senior Prom.

Almost a year later the kid who had come to be known as "Superman" was welcomed home to Tallassee after being released from the Shepherd Center in Atlanta.

Chase Borders

Still paralyzed from the chest down, and with little use of his arms and hands, Chase remains optomistic with the help of his many friends.  Here Chase works on his cardiovascular training on the "E-stim" bicycle at the Sheperd Center in Atlanta.
